Problem/Query:
Our CEO was trying to use the ‘Deliver Sender’s Mail to Junk’ option from the More dropdown in Notes Client Inbox. He selects the unopened email then clicks the ‘Deliver Sender’s …’ from the pulldown and gets the error : “To run this agent you must have at least one document selected”. He does have a document selected. He is able to use the option if he opens the message but he wants to avoid opening the message.
He also has a laptop and the agent works correctly from the Inbox. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Notes on this particular PC without success. Has this been seen before by anyone else? Could this be a Windows 11/Notes Client issue? The CEO was upgraded with a new Windows 11 PC. His Win10 PC was cloned and the restored to this new machine.
