I’ve been using REGNewCertifier for a number of years with no problems up until now. I need to create an Internet Certifier with the C API and am finding the documentation a little lacking. Can anyone help provide me with more detail when specifying this ID type?

i am about to use this functionality and wants to know if this function will promt a password window in which someone must manually enter the parent certifier password.
