Notes cannot start - 8.5.1 on Snow Leopard

Hi,

I have installed Notes 8.5.1 on a brand new Snow Leopard, but the client simply does not start.

The yellow “Lotus Notes” screen appears at the start up, then it hangs and nothing happens.

Does anybody have an idea? I totally got stuck…

Subject: FP1 didn’t help

Thanks, but unfortunately FP1 was installed immediately after the Notes client, but it didn’t help.

The client just starts and hangs on the yellow welcome screen. :frowning:

Is there any other idea, what could be the problem?

just wanted to let you know that the problem was solved on a completely new hardware - so probably it was tied somehow to the old machine.
