How do you get the different calendar “skins”? when I view some colleagues calendar it shows up differently than mine (default Notes). Entries are rounded with a semi 3D look, daays of week are in their own column instead of squares, etc… I’ve only seen it on a few users calendars but I would like to know how to get it. Thank you.

Are you talking the layout itself looking different on other folks calendars? It sounds like perhaps different mailbox versions?
Subject: Check your template
If you have an old mail template, the look of the calendar will be different. With your calendar open, go to File | Application | Properties. Go to the fourth tab and in the middle you will see the template.
Another possibility is Notes Basic. If you are running basic instead of Standard, the calendar will have the Notes 7 look.
