Is there a 6.5.5 release of the Notes C API? I can only find up to 6.5.4 then it goes on to 7.x

as far as I know the releases of the Notes client & server do not always match with the releases of the C & C++ API. You can just take the one closest to yours but rather a lower than higher version.
