Is it only the basic configuration that supports roaming? If I start nlnotes.exe I get all roaming choices but not with the full version in all clients install.

What was your upgrade path to your present 8.5.1 Notes Client?

The roam user convert prompt but I don’t get it with the full version.When I did use the basic version I didn’t have to browse for id neither.

Subject: assign from addressbook
I’m assigning the roaming profile in the administrator. Right click on the person in the addressbook and choose roaming.
Later on it seems that I only can use the functionaly in the basic client of Notes. I’m using 8.5.
Subject: Need a bit more information
Are you using the same User for the Basic and Client testing?If so, did you let roaming upgrade complete on the basic client first?
In general you need to let one roaming user complete before you can go to another client for the same user.
