Notes ask me to delete a private folder

Hello!

I just create a private folder in my boss mailfile (delegate mailfile), and every time I close or start Notes, I’m ask if I want to delete the folder, here is the message (translated from french to english):

your (1) private vue will be delete in the same time as the document database, do you want to continue? yes or no.

If I choose Yes, the private folder I created will be deleted, event if the error message refer to a vue

Any idea why I’M receiving this message?

You do not have access to store private folder/views on the server so it’s stored in your desktop file. so if you delete the icon from your workspace then the private view/folder will also be deleted from your desktop file.
