Hi, We have an application for Room reservations. Whenever a room reservation is made,is it possible to generate a MS outlook invitation with the meeting details & MS Live meeting request? Thank you.

One thought I had was the following. See if this works for you.
If you are reserving a room through the Notes Rooms and Resources database, you can reserve this same room via a Notes C&S Calendar entry. Also, in the Calendar entry you can create an Online Meeting. When creating the Online meeting you can choose Other. This will allow you to specify the Outlook Live Meeting information.
