We have a problem when recertifying users either for a change of name (married name change) or changing certifier if users move branches. We use a dot as a seperator however when a user is recertified the seperator reverts to an underscore. We thought it was due to the internet mail address being omitted from the current users location preferences but that wasn’t the case.
This causes us a an issue as users end up with two E-Mail addresses one with a dot sperator one with an underscore seperator.
