Notes 8 client crashes on launch

I have a notes user whose client crashes on launch. I get this report in an nsd file.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? I’ve tried many things to aleviate this problem but it remains or returns after a short reprieve.

Subject: The best I can do is a jpeg of a screen dump from the crash

Hello and thank you for your response. Unfortunately what I included previously was the full copy from the nsd report. I have a jpeg of a screen dump that I get when lotus crashes. It is a gray screen with a report that looks something like an nsd report but this file does not appear to be saved. At least not anywhere I can find it.

The top line reads “JVM terminated. Exit code=1073807364” Is there a way for me to send you the jpeg which has much more info?
