Notes 8.5 Sidebar uses IE?

Hi There :slight_smile:

I’ve the problem with the Feedreader and other Widgets we using in the sidebar.

The Sidebar uses the Notes internal Browser which seems to use Internet Explorer egine in the background.

The Notes Client and Location setting is set to Firefox, this setting is ignored by the Sidebar

Is there a way to change Notes’s internal Browser to use Firefox engine or something else?

Subject: Yup…

…in your location-doc thers a tab says “Internet browser”.You can choose from there.

I tried Firefox for sidabars but ran into problems, so I switched back to IE( boo).

Give it a try.
