While I was reading the announcement about the new 8.5.1 today I found in the supported version section : Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3
The Notes 8.5 client was supported on Win XP Pro SP2 or later.

Can anyone at IBM tell me if it is an error in the press release or if we really need to use Windows XP Pro SP3 to be in a supported environment ?
I know some large companies that were attracted by Lotus Symphony but who have preferred to move to Open Office as Lotus Symphony is requiring to use Win XP Pro SP3, it would be a pity that SP3 becomes a blocking (or delaying) factor to move from Notes 8.5 to Notes 8.5.1.
