Hello, I have a Windows 7 user running Lotus Notes 8.0.2. Whenever she clicks on a .jpg attached file and selects OPEN the file opens in MS Photo Viewer just fine BUT at the same time her Lotus Notes client’s font completely changes to a much larger font that takes up too much of her screen to be of use. The only way to restore the font is to exit and restart Notes. I’ve deleted cache.ndk and checked notes.ini for some sign of what is happening but without success. Also if user opts to VIEW the attaChment instead of opening it the problem does not occur. Any thoughts are appreciated.
