Notes 7 - External Email and CC problems

Hi there,

I got several users running Notes 7 and only some of them have the following problem, most of the others are running fine.

Problem is that when user sends an email to an external mail service (Ex: Gmail) and sets a CC to an internal Notes address (John Doe/Company), it runs fine until the email is received by the external address.

If the user from the external email uses the Reply All feature, the CC will still show up as John Doe/Company instead of john.doe@company.com so the email is not received.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
