Notes 7 Developer Update Exam

Hi,

Hoping someone might be able to help. I’m currently studying with a group of others, for the Notes 7 developer upgrade exam. We’re a bit confused about the new XML LotusScript classes. Specifically, do we need to know them in depth? I have purchased a practice exam, and they are mentioned there (albeit in expert mode), but I’ve also seen the Learning Continuum’s upgrade course, and they’re very briefly mentioned. Can anyone who’s sat the exam give us some pointers on these, if we need to cram them? We’ve all never used XML or the classes in LotusScript.

I don’t remember anything in-depth about that stuff on the exam. Of course. I don’t remember anything at all about the exam, so…

I didn’t write the update exam (I wrote my R7 “from scratch”) and I don’t recall seeing too many questions on XML. If anything, I think you need to know things like which objects may be sources of XML processing, that you can output to stream, etc. but nothing more detailed than that.
