Has anyone actually been successful in installing LN on a thumb/flash drive as is capable with 7.0.2? I’ve followed the instructions several times, but each time I get a pop-up telling me to go to the (windows) control panel to configure my device. Any idea what’s going on??

Thanks Gregg. Yes, I had seen the first article and the links from it. The second article helped explain a little more detail on the how-to, such as having the specific file name for the client-only Notes version to expand and use. The IBM instructions were not real clear in that area. So with that added info, I’ll see if I can git-er-done!

Gregg, just wanted to let you know that I was finally successful in installing LN 7.0.2 on a thumb drive. Works really swell! A good boon for our technicians.

Gregg, I’ve been still trying to ‘git-er-done’ with all the instructions and such, but I continue to get a message to go to the Control Panel to configure my device (thumb drive I presume). If you or anyone else might know why that happens, I’d be most grateful.
