Notes 6 Unexpectedly quits

We have a user with Notes 6 installed, and even tried Notes 6.0.1. The user will create an email, try to add an attachment, and Notes will just dissapear. A dialog box will show for about 2 seconds then dissapear (NSD is running. Saving to file c:\Lotus\notes\data\nsd_all…@10_41.log).

Our other users are working fine in Notes 6, the only difference between this user and the rest are that Lotus smart suite 96 is installed (but not running at the time), and a new HP 3330 Fax/printer is installed.

This is the last portion of the 3MB log file that was created. Any Ideas?

Any answer on this? We are experiencing this same problem with only 1 user.
