Notes 6 on Citrix MetaFrame Attachment Viewer Error

We have Notes 6.0.1 installed on a Citrix MetaFrame XP. Everything seems to be working except we can’t view attachments. We get an “Unknown Viewer Failure” error. We can open the attachments. Anyone know of a fix?

Check your keyview.ini file and make sure that it points to the notes folder:

Example

[General]

; The following line must contain the HOME value (directory where KeyView components installed)

Home=C:\lotus\notes\
