I have a mailbox that is used by about 20 users they also use the Calendar for booking appointments, the mailbox was on version 5 template and was upgraded to notes R6 but when the users try to book an appointment in the calendar they get the following error: Illegal circular USE: AppointmentProcessing All users have notes 6.5.4 installed on their workstations.

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated

It sounds like there is a problem with the template. You should try to refresh the design of this database. (With the db open, File>Database>Refresh design). If that doesn’t work, use ‘replace design’. I’ve even seen before where I had to replace design to something else and then back to the mail template, but I don’t think I’ve had to do that yet in R6.
