Since IM in Notes 6.5 changes the Active/Away status based on the Notes login/logout status, I added a policy document to the server to logout users with no activity after 30 minutes. I had a ton of complaints, especially from users who were used to the superior method used by the Sametime Connect client which logs out a user after a period of total keyboard inactivity (not just keyboard inactivity in the Notes Client). It would be nice if the next update to Notes could use this method for determining IM Status as well as incorporating all the Sametime Connect features so I can install and maintain single client.
