Notes 6.5.5 on Citrix: Windowing Issue

Hi group,

We have the following environement:

Notes 6.5.5, multiuser / multilingual

Citrix Presentation Server 4

Access-Technology: NFuse (Webinterface)

Some users have problems, they work with some Citrix Application and suddenly Lotus Notes popp’s up in foreground of the users workstation.

I thoungt, it could be the user preference “Inform me if I receive new Mails”. But it isn’t.

Any ideas?

Check the use of the Alt+Tab function in the Citrix set up. The users might be inadvertantly using it for other access to other apps but it is still live in the Citrix session.

I interviewed some users. There are some, witch don’t use Alt+Tab.

But thanks for your input.

Any other ideas?
