I’m having issues with getting The Notes 6.5.4 Domino Designer application to deploy correctly via AD. When deploying the package via AD the Notes shortcuts will not appear.
If the package is installed locally (not via AD) the shortcuts appear and work fine for the User that started the installation. From this I’m guessing the package is fine.
How to get the shortcuts to work via AD is the issue though. None of the users of the PC, whether they be administrators or not, can see the shortcuts. BUT, all the users of the PC can start the application by running the exe files.
I created the package using Installshield Tuner.
Has anyone come across this issue before with Notes 6.5.4 Administrator Designer? Does anyone know how I can get this to work? Is it even possible to deploy Notes Administrator via AD?
