I have one server appearing in this dropdown list that is no longer active (a cc:Mail server that has been off for months). It has been deleted from the domain via the Domino Administrator. But when I am in my client and I do File–>Database–>Open, the server list shows this server. What do I need to do to refresh my client so that this non-existent server no longers appears in this drop down box?
Thanks, Jerry

Somewhere on your workspace on the client you’ll have an icon for the database on the old server. Find it, remove it, and the server should vanish from the drop down list.

Thanks Kristy,
I found one icon on a little used workspace page, removed the icon and the drop down box cleaned itself up.
Muchas Gracias, Jerry

I have this same problem with my 6.0.2 cf1 Administrator, but I don’t understand your answer. How do I find my ‘workspace’?
Thanks

FYI. If you have had Notes for several years (ie. 4x, 5x or 6x) and have upgraded several times, your desktop.dsk may not have made a successful update, and there may be an older version.
For example, I am on 6x currently. However, I still had a desktop5.dsk that my client was referencing to build the server list. Therefore, I removed all my references to the old server, but it was still building the server lists.
Finally, I figured out what was going on, and had to remove the old desktop.dsk. Now, all works fine
