my boss edited the Universal toolbar, deleted some items and added Attach and some Text properties etc. Everything seemed to work until he tried to open a new email or forward some other email.
The icon did not seem to work and was greyed out until he edited the toolbar again. Then everything seemed to work - until another mail create/forward.
The real problem is that I cannot reproduce the bug on my system.
I have the same problem.It appears everytime I have forwarded or replied a memo. If I exit notes and enter again, it works fine until I forward or reply. If I use the keyboard shortcuts it works fine.
The problem is located to the “delete”, “categorize” and “Expand/collaps” buttons. I haven’t found any solution either… yet.
