Note Item Not Found

I created a page with simple rich text fields I am using to set up a document store. The system has been running fine for a while, and now suddenly when I click on a document to view it, it comes up with “Note Item Not Found”

Any ideas?

Subject: Note Item Not Found

There are a variety of possibilities. You do not give us many clues. My first guess is that a form or field event is trying to access a particular field (without any error handling) and is not finding that field on the document in question. Are you using a Notes client? Is it in preview mode? Have you tried it in debug mode? Which field is offending? ???

not so many details but do you have default view (when db opened and design for new views)
