Recently, some of our clients expenienced an error on Notes Client.
Some Client receice some mails from internet. The Error ‘Note Item not Found’ is prompted when they open them in their Notes Client.
It is very straight that sometimes the user asks the sender to resent the mail again and no problem at all.
I tried to access the problem mail by LS and LS cannot get the “Body” field in the mail but the “Body” field does exist on the “property” dialog when accessing on Notes client…
Sometimes some clients will also receive Delivery Failure notice with “Note Item Not found” error when they try to send mail to internet…
Any Idea?
