Hi, my user has an intermittent problem when replying or forwarding specific messages, usually ones with lots of replies in the message body, with several recipients. He gets a message from Mail Router saying “note item not found”, and the mail is not delivered.
However:
If he uses Plain Text instead of HTML for the reply or forward, it goes through.
If he cuts out the entire message body, and pastes it into a new message, it goes through.
If he uses iNotes to reply or forward the message, it goes through.
Strangely also, when the bounce message that says “note item not found” is clicked on, a dialog box pops up saying “note item not found”.
he’s using client 6.5.5, server 6.5.5.
Any suggestions?
