"Note item not found" after upgrading to R7 Mail Template

After upgrading to the R7 Mail Template, I get the error message “Note item not found” in the status bar of the Notes Client when I open the inbox.

If I replace the design using the R6 Mail Template, I no longer get the error message. When I replace the design of the mail file with the R7 Mail Template the error message comes back.

Has anyone run into this problem?

Have you tried rebuilding all indexes (SHIFT+F9) and all views (CTRL+SHIFT+F9)? Also, did you upgrade all folders?

Thanks for the response.

I tried rebuilding the views and upgrading the design of the folders.

I still get the error message in the status bar.

Is there anything else it could be?

I think I would turn on the script debugger and go in to mail- it might tell me what is happening.
