In the case in which, a user, has caught up the quota, I would want that the shipment of the mail is prevented also.

There are a few option in the server configuration document. Look under ‘Router/SMTP’ - ‘Restrictions and Controls’ - ‘Delivery Controls’. There you will find ‘Quota Controls’.

I have watched and I found the field “Over quota enforcement” but I have not understood if ago to the case mine. That is I must prevent send the mail.
