Recently in the server monitor I have been noticing a repetitive “Not responding” error. The error “Replicator: Building list of databases to replicate with servername/name [date/time]” has occurred at least once on all of our servers and more than once on some. Anybody have any ideas what this error is referring to and why?

Um, I think you’ll find it’s doing what it says on the tin. The server’s busy working out what databases it and the other server it’s replicating with have in common so they know what they need to replicate. 'Cos they’re busy doing that, the replicator task is not responding to the monitor probe.
