Not printing all the names in To or CC field

I had sent a mail to 15 persons and their names are in To field. When I take a print out of this mail from the sent folder, it doesn’t print all the names to which the mail was sent.How can I correct this.

If you go to File, Preferences, and then User Preferences, in the additional options box the second one up from the bottoms says to expand names fields when printing.
