NOT expanding the names field when printing

Running 7.0.2 client on XP SP2. Have the same problem in 7.0.3.

We have some e-mails with large list of To: field recipients. When users print these e-mails, they get a page or two of just the recipients. I see that Notes should be truncating these by default, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. I’ve enabled/disabled the “Expand names…” options in the various places several times with no luck.

Is there another setting or preference that I should be looking at?

there is a preference setting under File > Preferences > User Preferences under the Advanced Options section

Thanks for your response, but enabling/disabling that setting produces the same results for me.
