Hi
All emails coming into the Inbox are not visible, but some emails are shown in Inbox. But when viewed by View All by Size all the emails are shown.

Do you not know how to find your own posts and locate the answers that have already been provided for you?
Here’s your first post. Go read the responses and actually try them as they will resolve the problem. Asking the question 4 times, without indicating if you’ve even tried the solutions provided is just going to piss people off.

I am really sorry to do this. I was actually give this issue to look into it, see what is the problem and comeup with some soulution. I have suggested samething to my Mananger as he is not ready to do this, as he said when some emails can be viewed, why not other emails? Why do I think the ($Inbox) is corrupt
I was trying to see if I could get anyother responses apart from the one suggested. I apologize everyone.

I can appreciate that you fear that your post is not getting the attention it deserves:
But is there something wrong with the assistance that you have been provided to date that you require another post on the same topic?
What was the result of deleting $Inbox and doing a Design Replace? Were the TechNotes not helpful, and why?
I am sure that you want to keep the existing mail file, but have you thought that maybe you should create a new one, and move all of the documents from the old/corrupt mailfile to the new one?
And why are you continually posting the same topic?

i’ve not looked at your previous posts but…
have you run: fixup, updall, or compact, or all of those against this db? if so then your only choice would be to delete the $inbox and design replace like Gregg said, if that doesn’t work then create a new db and select all messages and copy and paste. sounds like you might have a customer/user who wants to ask silly questions. resolve issue and forget it.

I just noticed today that if you delete a document (don’t read it) and it’s in your trash the Inbox count still shows the message even though it’s in your trash folder. Rather Odd I thought.
Here you see 1574 but in reality I delete all those 1574 as I was testing something:
