Hello,I am trying to figure out if this is possible. Right now, every time anyone opens an email with an attachment, it appears to be downloading the attachment to a temp dir or something regardless of how many times it’s been read before. Often people need to open an email to read the email but don’t need the attachment.
Help is appreciated.

Check your anti-virus software. Some of them try to scan attachments in notes, even if not opened by the user.

Is there a setting that can be changed to not pull the attachment if the AV turns out not to be the cause?
