All the time I schedule a lot of reminders in my Lotus Notes Calendar through which I notify all my coworkers for any thing relating to our job.The problem is then when I configured Out Of Office in IQSuite, none of my notifications haven’t been delivered to any of recipients during my out of office period.
Any suggestion please???

Subject: Alarms are handled by your Notes client
so it is no surprise that no alarm reminders happen while you are out of the office. The alarm daemon runs in the background on your client and handles all of your calendar related alarms. You should find that the reminders get sent out when you log back when you come back.
If you need the alarms to fire while you are OOO then you could leave yourself logged into Notes (but your system locked via screensaver) so that your alarms fire off. I am not sure well that would work if you have a LOT of them (it would mean a LOT of dialogs get queued up while you are away).
You could also talk to the IQSuite folks to see if they want to handle some of those alarms while you are OOO and not logged into Notes.
