Not authorized to use server

Hello,

After creating a new user and trying to use it with “Switch ID” on my PC, I have the message “Server error: you are not authorized to use the server” when I try to open his mailfile.

I tried this after the Admin process was done.

What could it be: it works with older user without problem?

Have you put this new user in a group that has access to the server ? You should have a look at the access fields in the security section of the server document.If so, you might want to force an update of the view index of the directory.
