As others on ldd we suppose this is related to the field 'Replicate or
copy documents’ introduced in 5.0.10, and therefore also in play here on
6.0.1. However both servers involved in our replication has this field set
- as is indeed default. The curious thing is that if you remove the field
‘Replicate or copy documents’ from a server based database and then
attempt to replicate or just see the replication settings you will receive
the exact same error in your Notes client.
Apparently there is no real cure for this problem - but the following
workaround is said to (temporarily?) resolve the issue:
Make sure the ‘Replicate or copy documents’ setting is set on all other
ACL entries besides from the actual settings having this problem.
Uncheck the field ‘Replicate or copy documents’ on the ACL entries both
copies of the database on the entities experiencing this problem.
Clear the replication history.
Disconnect and reconnect (F5 on client/restart server)
Replicate and see the error
Check the field ‘Replicate or copy documents’ on both database replicas
Disconnect and reconnect (F5 on client/restart server)

In at least one occation this approach seems to have been successfully
applied. Make sure to include step one as this is definately required to
make this issue go away.
Since, i do not meet the problem.
