Mail file is located locally. It won’t replicate - it says you are not authorized to replicate or copy this data from this database.
Just to see, I attempted to open the mail file directly on the server and it says you are not authorized to access this database.

Hiif the Mail File is moved from one location to other.
make sure have you Access to New server.
Check the ACL of your Mail Database.
Also the check the Location document , where you the mail datbase opening

User was not in ACL… not sure why - they weren’t moved from one server to another.

What does the ACL log say? It’s always possible that the user could have deleted themselves accidentally (and ignored the warning message!)
