I have a Resource Centre enabled for iNotes users. It has been working fine for the past couple of years but now will not allow anyone access off-line. All current users can access the database fine when its on-line (still through a browser and direct on the server) but as soon as they open their iNotes off-line they get the error “Not Authorsied To Access”.
I have ran updall and fixup on the database, re-installed the iNotes client, added the user direct onto the ACL with Manager access, replaced the template design, created a new copy of the database without the ACL and then added one individual, created a new database and copied the documents across, but still nothing seems to allow the user/s access once it has been downloaded to the off-line subscription.
