Not able to start Lotus Domino server 6.5

Hi, I have installed Lotus Domino server 6.5 in my computer with Win2k Advanced server operating system. After the installation , I am not able to start the Lotus Domino server.

Even in the services window if I try to start the Lotus Domino , the service is not starting.

Any quick suggestion to solve this problem will be highly appreciated.

Is the domino window not coming up at all or is it coming up and just never running?

Hi, The Domino window is not coming up at all.

If I click on “Start->Programfiles->Lotus Applications->LotusDomino server”, nothing is coming up.Even if I have stopped IIS server and started the Lotus Domino , the Domino window is not coming up.

My immediate guess would be that A, the registry is not pointing to the correct location of the notes.ini or B, parameters in the notes.ini are incorrect (i.e. the location of the data directory.)
