Not able to drag and drop mails from inbox

I’m not able to drag and drop files (mails) from Inbox to MyFolder.

When I drag mail from Inbox and when I move over MyFolder cursor becomes “No Drop” Cursor. I mean to say is that, it doesn’t allow me to drop.

Could you please tell me how to enable MyFolder to accept dragged and dropped items.

Are you prevented from dropping the email into any folder, or just the MyFolder?

My thought is, the MyFolder could be a view, or it could be a “cascaded” folder name. This is actually something carried over from the Release 3.x days. If you create a folder named “MyFolder\MySubFolder”, the MyFolder is not actually a folder. However, it does display as one. You might notice that the folder icon color appears to be a slightly different color.

Thanks for your response.

I was not able to drop mails in any folder I created, but now everything is working again.

Solving the problem was very simple, I just closed the Notes Client and restarted the pc^^
