Hi, I am facing the problem deleting user from ID vault.
Steps to reproduce:
1.create the user with name Test Test,the username field showing 3 entries(because i entered first, middle,last names)
Test Test Test/DirORG
Test Test Test
Test Test
2.Now I edit the first,last and middle names to 9632 and also user name changes to the following.
9632 Test Test/DirORG
Test 96 Test
Test 96
3.Now delete the use with option mark id as inactive in ID vault and i clicked ok button.Now i got the following error.
Delete From ID vault cannot be done for user ‘CN=9632 Test Test/O=DirOrg’.Reason:Server Error:Entry not found in inde.The Administration Process will handle the complete of this request.
And in the server console i got the following entry:
8/06/2009 06:37:16 PM Admin Process: Received the following error performing a
Delete Vaulted User request on 9632 Test Test/DirOrg. Server error: Entry not
found in index Will try to process this request again at 08/06/2009 06:38:16 PM
I would like to know what could be the reason and how it is going to be resolved.
Please help me if anybody as any idea.
