I know this may be a Blackberry issue but I wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone else had this issue. I have a newly created BES5 environment (8.5.1 64; VMWARE) I also have two clustered mailservers (8.0.1 32bit). srv1 and srv2. I am able to create and activate users from srv2 but not from srv1. All the servers are able to access each other. We are at a complete loss. Any ideas out there of what to check or had similar issues?

Is your activation mail including the attachment routed correctly?I have seen situations where the attachment was blocked and therefore the activation failed.
On the BES forums there are a few trouble shooting tips regarding this issue.
