Not able to creae template in 6.5

Hi

I am trying to create a template. I have given the template name in the database properties under design tab. I checked the box “database is a master template”. I am using admin ID to create template. I can see a error message in server console “Attempt by admin to define database test.ntf as template test rejected”.

Subject: Check the server document’s security tab…

At the bottom section “Server Access - Who can”, make sure you’re listed under “Create Master Templates”.
