Non English username can't start Out Of Office agent

i’ve registered non english name user (example: chineses language in first name or last name).Every thing is OK,but they can’t start the OutOfOffice agent. the error code is " Agent’ToggleOutOfOffice’ error: Note error: User name not found in Domino Directory"
