We recently did a new install of Domino 8.5 on a 64bit Windows Server and all seemed fine except the DECS assignments were not working. The assignment log was showing:
Cannot find Connector ‘odbc2’
After a bit of searching around we found that the 64bit version of Domino 8.5 server was not including the file nodbc2.dcx
We setup another 64bit server to see if it was something that had been deleted accidently, but it did not appear there either.
Is this an error with the install? Is ODBC no longer supported with the LCConnector?
Since we have DECS activities based on this, is there another option to get this file? The 32bit versions seem to still have it. Can we copy the 32bit version and use it safely with 64bit?
Any help would be appreciated.
