I have one of my server which don’t route mail for user who are on it. The message tells “no route found to server XXXX check server and connection document”. I checked the server document and connection it’s ok ( in fact the server acts like it doesn’t route mail destinated to one of its user ).Is there any issue on it ?

We used to face a similar issue on two of our server. This was because we used to run a fixup on the Address book when the server was running.
The solution is to run updall -R on the address book or create a new replica of the address book.

Thank you Piran but I tried a updall -R on the names.nsf and it doesn’t functions
