Hi everyone: I have two server, server1 is the primary domino directory server, another one install as additional server .
Now, when I try to send mail from server1 to server2, I got an error message in server console " No route found to server2 from server1".
I have already search this forum and Lotus support web site and tried these method:
a.Add server name to hosts file
b.Make sure they are in same domain
c.Re-entry mail server and mail file field in person document.
d.Rebuilt ($ServerAccess) ($User) view in names.nsf with updall.
But, nothing can help me solve it.
Thanks for any suggestions

Hi there,
From the server console on server1, are you able locate server2 using the “trace server2” command? Try trace server2 or trace ipaddress. Similarly, try this from server2 to trace server1.
Have you set up connection documents for mail routing if they are not in the same Notes Named Network??

Hi,
We have no details here, enough to give any answer.
In your case, I will verify, servers docs, configuration docs, domains & connection docs.
Double check if the server is not sending message through SMTP, instead of NRPC.
Last option, is create a new replica of your DD, then bring the server down, apply the new replica, instead of the original file, then bring the server up and route mail between them.

Either you put both server into the same ‘notes network’ under “Server Doc\Ports\Notes Network Ports\Notes Network” or you create mail routing connection docs. Anyhow, there should be enough information in the admin help explaining how mail routing in Notes works.
