Just set up a BES server and we are able to send internally from the blackberry but can not send externally EXCEPT to bellsouth.net (who is our internet provider).
We have 2 servers the main domino mail server and the BES server. Any ideas as to what is going on?

I’ve checked the connection documents, the servers are in the same Notes Named Network, I can ping the mail server by name from the BES server and I can ping outside domains.
The mail server is able to send out fine and has “SMTP used when sending messages outside of the local internet domain.” on the connection document.
Anyone have and ideas?

I have same problem, but for all messages. Recreating connexion document, verify with “trace” (work)… with no luck.Have you found THE solution ?
