I am getting a bounce when trying to send an email message directly to a host on our network. Internet email is working normally and email within our Notes named network is working fine. When I try to send an email directly to a machine (a fax server in this case) with the address fax@host.ourdomain.com I get this error message.
No route found to domain host.ourdomain.com from server hub.ourdomain.com/us. Check DNS configuration.
I have checked and the dns entry is valid and points to the right IP address. I’m not sure what the domain documents should look like or if I may need one for this particular host.
Any help would be most appreciated.
